Japan Carpet has manufactured carpet since 1955, when the company — founded in 1874 as a cotton cloth business — installed its first Wilton weaving loom.
It added a dedicated carpet tile production line in 1989 and has held JIS (Japanese Industrial Standards) certification as a carpet tile factory since 2002.
The range is produced for offices, hotels, banquet halls and sports facilities rather than domestic interiors.
